With over 25 years of experience, I’m a seasoned marketing leader driven by a desire to create lasting impact through building high-performing teams and developing innovative strategic plans. My expertise spans both B2B and B2C sectors, where I’ve consistently delivered significant ROI and driven growth in fast-paced, evolving environments.

My career began in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where I spent a decade in B2B advertising sales, managing strategic projects and key accounts for major advertisers such as L'Oréal, Walgreens, Sears, Anheuser-Busch, and Medalla Light. One of my proudest achievements during that time was developing a multi-channel promotional initiative for Medalla Light in partnership with Maxim, which became the company’s largest contract at the time and launched Ana Delia De Iturrondo’s international fitness modeling career.

After relocating to Tennessee, I launched Chattanooga Style, a local lifestyle magazine, where I led sales, operations, and publishing. I implemented marketing strategies that grew circulation to 25,000 and exceeded annual sales goals by the second edition. Recognizing the growing importance of digital marketing, I joined Area203, where I led a media team of 50 across Chattanooga and San José, Costa Rica. As Director of Media, I orchestrated omnichannel B2C campaigns that led to a 199% increase in customer transaction value and a 26% reduction in cost per acquisition (CPA). These outcomes were fueled by my "Four M’s" leadership philosophy: Manage, Mentor, Motivate, and Measure/Monitor.

My ability to manage financial marketing strategies led to my role as Marketing Director at Credit Corp. There, I drove an 18% year-over-year revenue increase while reducing media spend by 22%, resulting in a 51% increase in revenue per media dollar. I also led a comprehensive website redesign that improved organic search rankings by 32% and reduced bounce rates by 16%.

At Kenco, I architected and executed the digital transformation strategy for their 3PL brand. I built and led an in-house Lead Generation Department that delivered tangible results within the first year, including a 10% year-over-year sales increase, an 18% boost in social media engagement, a 16% rise in blog readership, and a 78% increase in the organization’s industry awards pipeline.

Now, as VP of Marketing and Communications at Forward Air, I lead a dynamic team focused on customer acquisition, branding, and strategic communications. Through detailed transportation market analysis, I defined key go-to-market strategies that have driven substantial growth: an 18% increase in social media shares, a 32% drop in website bounce rates resulting in over $4 million in online quoting value, a 63% increase in marketing-generated sales, and a 57% increase in qualified leads.
